Refunds are only available for purchases made before the service activation.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The customer must provide valid proof or evidence of issues with the purchased service.

Exceptions

Your refund request may not be approved in the following cases:

  • The request is made after activation.

  • The customer violates the Terms & Conditions of Smart IPTV App.

  • The customer simply changes their mind about the service.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • All trial products

  • All reseller products

  • Payments for automatic recurring subscriptions

  • Services that have already been activated
